  1. Passatempo Taverna

Pasːa’tɛmpo: past time. Isn’t it time you had your dinner and ate it too? Snag your table at Walla Walla’s organically Italian Passatempo Taverna tonight. The rustic, downtown eatery boasts handmade pasta, whimsical cocktails, and an old-school, string-lit, romantic setting.

If you have a taste for spice, we recommend trying the creamy Casarecce Carbonara. Or, for a small corking fee, bring your own bottle of Washington Wine Country Pinot Noir to perfectly pair with their classic take on spaghetti.

2. The Vine

The Vine is an award-winning, five-star masterpiece located in the heart of Washington Wine Country. You’ll always have a seat at the Chef’s Table at The Vine. Executive Chef Nathan Carlson provides guests a revolving menu. Whether it’s your first or fourth visit, you can expect to have your taste buds enthralled during your dining experience.

3. Brasserie Four

Come for a drink, stay for the food, and explore the art of Brasserie Four. The East Main Street restaurant is a staple for authentic French cuisine. For starters, we recommend the buttery Escargots. For your main, try the Bœuf Bourguignon, a braised beef simmered in red wine with an array of assorted fresh vegetables and spices.

4. Saffron Mediterranean Kitchen

Astound your appetite at Saffron Mediterranean Kitchen. Transport yourself to the mosque streets of Istanbul or the vibrant coast of Casablanca. Taste traditional Moroccan Fattee crafted with organic chicken, house-made bread, freshly grated ginger, basmati rice, garlic yogurt, and seasonal vegetables.

Whitehouse-Crawford showcases one of the most pristine farm-to-fork menus in the city. From provisions to people, everything is local at this eatery. The building itself dates back to the mid-19th century, where it served as the Enterprise Planing Mill and Furniture Company.

Today it houses some of the best five-star entrees crafted by Chef and Owner Jamie Guerin. The menu is seasonally revolving to reflect fresh ingredients. During the spring, try their flakey fresh Halibut or in the fall indulge in the Japanese-Style Fried Chicken. And, you’ll, of course, need to snag an order of the Crispy Fried Sweet Onions, picked fresh from Walla Walla Valley farms.
